We service guitars and basses (acoustic & electric).

Service Fees

  • Repair estimates are free.

  • Guitar/Bass Setups – $75 (strings/parts/extra work additional)

    • Floyd Rose – $35 extra

  • String Change – $25 + strings

  • Labor Rate – $90/hr (1 hour minimum)

    • All labor billed to the nearest quarter hour, parts additional.

  • $90 deposit required (first hour labor)

  • Customer provides or D'Addario Strings $13-$20

Policies

  • Service Warranty: 30 Days – our Service Warranty covers ONLY the original problem for workmanship and installed parts. It does NOT cover misuse, abuse, the introduction of a foreign substance, subsequent repair attempts, use of improper power supply or other external devices, accidental damage, additional problems, operator error, or any other issues beyond our control. Funktronics technical staff will determine warranty status.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service on any piece of gear.

  • All repairs must be picked up within 15 days after customer notification, or you will incur Storage Fees at the rate of $2/day. After 30 days, your equipment will become property of Funktronics and subject to sale.
