Studios 1 & 10 require a minimum of 5 days notice when canceling to receive a refund. All "no shows" will be charged the full amount for the missed session before you can book again. A minimum 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Bookings made inside the 5-day cancellation policy require full payment at the time of the booking.

For Studios 2-9, bookings costing $100 or more will require a $50 deposit at time of booking.

Late Cancellation and No Show Policy: If you are unable to keep your scheduled booking please call (212-696-2513) with at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged the full amount of your booking! If booking is cancelled within 48 hours you must pay the total cost of the booking at the time of cancellation. If you book within 48 hrs of  your session, cancellation is not possible without being charged. All “No Shows” will also be charged the full amount for the missed session, and must pay the total cost of the missed booking before you can book again.

A fee of $25 will be charged to any room rental requiring the removal of the drumset.
